 Long Island Expressway – From points West

• Take I-495 East to exit 57, Rte. 454, Veterans Memorial Highway
• Make a left turn at the first traffic light onto Motor Parkway
• Proceed ½ mile to the 2^nd traffic light (Rte. 454) and turn left
• Our office will be on the right, continue past the building, make a right into the entrance for Crossroads North Corporate Park, we are in the large 4 story building
• At the stop sign, turn right into the parking lot, parking and the main entrance are behind the building- take the elevator to the 3^rd Fl. make a right off the elevator, go through the glass doors, we are the last suite on the left, # 312N

• Take I-495 West to exit 57, Rte. 454, Veterans Memorial Highway, make a right onto Rt. 454
• Travel ¼ mile, our office will be on the right, continue past the building, make a right into the entrance for Crossroads North Corporate Park, we are in the large 4 story building

Northern State – From points West

• Travel east on Northern State Pkwy to the end and merge onto Rte. 454 east
• Travel east for approximately 2 miles, bear right at the fork to continue onto Rte. 454, Veterans Memorial Highway
• Travel about 1.5 miles, at the traffic light (Dunkin Doughnuts), make a left onto Spartan Lane.
• Then make the 1^st right behind the library into the entrance for Crossroads North Corporate Park, we are in the large 4 story building at the end of this access road.
• Parking and the main entrance are behind the building- take the elevator to the 3^rd make a right off the elevator, go through the glass doors, we are the last suite on the left, # 312N

From Smithtown

• Take Route 111, Hauppauge Rd. to Townline Rd, make a left
• Make a right at the 1^st traffic light onto Lincoln Blvd., at the top of the hill make a left onto Rte. 454, Vets Hwy.
• At the 1^st traffic light (Dunkin Doughnuts), make a left onto Spartan Lane.
• Then make the 1^st right behind the library into the entrance for Crossroads North Corporate Park, we are in the large 4 story building at the end of this access road.
